My salesman, Scott Fullerton lied to me throughout the buying process. When my car was delivered, it was damaged. He promised me that he would set up an appointment to have the damaged parts replaced. He has not contacted me since and has ignored all of attempts at contacting him.

I bought my first car from royce my parents bought a forester in 2021 and it was a great experience.I decided to buy myself a car from him too so I bought a 2023 crosstrek and once again a great experience and service. He even got me and my mom some goodies because we waited a couple hours to go and finish the payments the day that we got the car overall 10/10 experience would highly recommend.
