        Im from Ontario and they dont make it the way Thai Express usually make their pad thai. Our order was dry! And on top of that we asked for not spicy; mild and they gave us extra spicy! Please have cashiers who understand orders work the front because it is frustrating having to come home and the order was extra spicy and my husband and I cant eat spicy food.

        Shocking for all the changes in the whole year. It was a nice, friendly restaurants with nice food(not the best, but some signature dishes are actually yummy). We don't expect an express restaurant may serve top food. But right now, all the employees are so lazy, and the communication is so bad and unfriendly. Kinda a shame for the manager of this restaurant. I think the owner should revaluate some of workers. Shame for a good place for a mall with bad food.
