I bought brand new wheels and tires, called and spoke with an employee who quoted me to have the mounted and balanced at the shop. Got to the shop when I was told to come in, dropped everything off and waited for them to call me. As I was dropping them off, I had heard the employees talking about my drop off while I was right there which I brushed off because I thought nothing of it. Couple hours later they called to tell me they were done so I came to pick it up, I asked about other sets I had to be mounted and balanced and that's when my service became extremely unpleasant. I was automatically told that the price I paid wasn't correct, it was quoted wrong and they employee made it seem like my fault. Apparently I was quoted if I had purchased the tires and wheels from them, but I had clearly said I was bringing my own. On top of that, as I was loading them into my car the employee helping also got super offended I was checking the wheels out to make sure there was no scuffs from the tires being mounted to the rims. He was quick to say if there's any issues it would be a manufacturing problem, not the shops. The prices are good and it was nice of them to honor the quote their employee gave me, but I definitely won't return or recommend based off this personal experience. Service: Tires
