Brilliant Smoke Dieppe and Moncton are very inconsistent in their hours of operation with Dieppe being the worst by far.
Their hours on their website say the Dieppe location should be open right now until 8 pm. They are not. This happens very often. I drive to the store, their hours of operation are clearly posted on the door yet no one is there. I have no idea how you could expect to run a successful business if you can't be consistent with a simple thing like hours of operation.
If you have made a change to tour hours, maybe it would be a good idea to communicate that to your customers and update the hours on your websites and doors of your store.
Other than that the staff are polite, prices reasonable and stores are always clean.
