On the phone with GLS I wasn't to pleased. Pretty rude no urge to help and they didn't know anything, when I found out it was shipped trough SS Services I called them right away. I had answers where my package was and they promised me to call me back with more information as soon as they knew.
1 hour later they called me with more information, the package is back on the truck to the right destination and I will receive it tomorrow.
SS Services where friendly and quick with the service and went out of their way to help a customer! Way it should be done! Definitely recommend this company!!
