        My daughter is very disabled and I have been trying to get support from this organization for over 3 years. 4 weeks ago I tried again but was never called back. Most of these organizations are not a friendly environment for a single man with a disabled child. If you really want to get some services from this organization I would consider asking a woman to make the call for you

        Good intentions, good work in some areas but they impose their philosophical beliefs about inclusion in the mainstream classroom and ignore evidence that it does not work for everyone. My severely autistic son bit his hand every day in the "inclusive" classroom. We had him removed to a quiet location with an autism/aba trained aide and he went on outings with his peers swimming, apple picking etc and he prospered and loved school thereafter. Incusion is a belief system not an evidence based approach to complex disability and learning challenges.
