        My father has had hearing issues his whole life. I was finally able to convince him to go see an Audiologist. A friend of mine referred me to Avenir, she said to call Michelle. The staff have been amazing since day 1. They are always so friendly and kind to us, always willing to help out. This has changed the quality of my fathers life significantly. The Audiologist was so patient with my Dad. Michelle is always so helpful when we call. The personal touch makes a huge difference. Thank you so much for caring for your patients. Craig B.

        Avenir Fredericton was going to be closed from Friday, Aug. 19 for 2.5 weeks. I had been waiting for a new seashell ear device to replace one that had stopped working. The first day of closure, Michelle called me that it had finally arrived, but I was out of town at work. She offered to take it home with her and I could pick it up the next day Saturday when she was working at her other job at Whimsy's on Main. This saved me from waiting for over 2 weeks. Thanks Michelle!
