My experience is always a pleasing experience when I shop at Maritime Beauty. The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I like how they know the customers by name and always greet you with a smile.

Michael is an amazing worker at Martine, he is knowledgeable on all product lines and takes pride in keeping the store clean. He is also amazing as he does not allow the public to litter in front of the store .

I went in and made the mistake to bring one person from my family since I wanted to match her hair with the swatch literally two minutes after I had gathered the color and ready to pay, the older girl working the cash stood folding her arms and asked us if we each had our maritime cards which I replied only me, shes family then she proceeded very rudely to say you cant bring her in here that it was a policy, I said I was sorry and she left but the way I was treated was something else, it was not polite, the tone of voice it was not professional and the way she said it I waited till every single person left and I payed before I headed out I said Im sorry about that but I did not appreciate how you talked to us, your customer service should be different which she acted rude towards me gave me attitude, and pointed to the door and said dont you see theres a policy which I replied Im not talking about that I said I was sorry Im talking about the way you treat customers which its not okay, she was saying thats how she is and got defensive started waving her hands all over the place and giving me a mean look while raising her voice. Which I had to leave and left her arguing by herself I have always liked this company but the service I got it was completely awful.
