Good customer service and high quality product. Sometimes the pearl is a bit hard but overall great place to grab a drink.

This is my second time ordering at Chatime and I'm not really impressed with the drinks. Compared to the other boba places I'd say it's okay, but nothing special. Sure the staff are nice and it's cleanly, but the drinks themselves didn't taste as nice as at other places. My first drink was a brown sugar milk tea with regular every ice, sugar etc. Yet I found the sweetness/ flavour lacking. So I ordered a different drink with 50% sugar (it was a taro milk tea). And still I find it not as sweet as other places, must I go for 100%??? The taro milk tea was also disappointing as it barely tasted like taro. If some didn't tell me the flavor I wouldn't be able to guess because it's that unnoticeable. It's like slightly flavored mush Also there are not much options for lactose intolerant customers unlike other boba places in town. Will not bother with this place again. I suggest y'all try elsewhere if you want something with quality.
