Rented two bikes for a half day, staff were knowledgeable and helpful, and the bikes were in good condition. They also have a cute cafe and bathrooms onsite.

We have rented bikes a few times from Second Nature and it's been mostly ok. The most recent time, unfortunately, we were about 5 minutes late due to traffic, and even still our bikes weren't ready when we got there, so we had to wait for ~10 minutes to get going. It was a busy day and the staff member on the counter seemed to be new, so I am definitely sympathetic to those circumstances; however, a little bit of acknowledgement of the wait or being given an ETA for when the bikes would be ready would have been nice while we were standing there. When we did get the bikes, mine was feeling a little worn out in terms of the brakes being soft and the left shifter feeling very stiff and almost jammed. My partner's bike was ok, for what it's worth. I didn't bother complaining about the bike because I was afraid of a longer wait if I asked for it to be swapped for another one. Not sure if we'll be back. The other times we have come the staff were really kind and made sure we were set, the seats were adjusted, and the bikes were ok in terms of comfort and functionality. This time we sort of felt like we were an inconvenience and had to chase someone down to get a seat height adjusted before we left. Not the worst experience, but far from the best.

Fantastic customer service and great pricing. We went for a paddle boarding experience on the river. The staff were very friendly and helpful for us two first time paddle boarders. Would definitely use their service again.
