I brought my MacBook in to get fixed on Friday and was served by a lovely employee named John. John was tremendously helpful and kind throughout my entire experience and we both agreed that my best option was to buy a newer version of the MacBook Air, which was due to the high costs of damages of my pervious laptop. We agreed that I would return the next day to purchase the new product and retrieve the laptop that I initially brought in. Upon my arrival, I was met with a different employee, who was very rude and did not make my shopping experience comfortable nor enjoyable. The employee was extremely dismissive and did not provide adequate customer service. As a mature student, finances are very slim, and I did not appreciate the negative environment I was in whilst making an expensive purchase. All in all, John deserves a raise and within a city that is notorious for their population of university/college students, none of them should be treated like I was today for my own school supplies.
