Was there around Christmas for the 1st time ever and the young lady helpng me was friendly and knowledgeable. She has made a new customer out of me. New Minas location.

I will never be back, Fredericton location. I got 2 pairs of leggings for Christmas but wasn't provided the receipt. They were too small and I tried to exchange them, everything was intact and in original bag and they wouldn't even talk to me because I didn't have the receipt. I'll never be back, ever and I did purchase 7 or 8 pairs of tights for other people this Christmas. Too bad that bad policies have lost a potentially good customer.

This company has AWFUL service. I ordered online and simply want to EXHANGE, not a refund, just exchange sizes. I haven't worn any of the leggings, just tried on ONE pair and they were too small. You can literally resell them and would still make your money, yet you refuse to exchange. This location and this company has lost a good customer.

The cashier is extremely rude, she didn't even greet the customers or smile at them. My experience with the store's products is good, however I hate going there because of the very negative attitude of the cashier lady. Just so baaad.
