I hear the Doctor is a really nice guy unfortunately this was not passed to his secretary, who is extremely rude and does the bare minimum of their job. I will be looking elsewhere for help.

I can not express my gratitude towards this god sent urologist. I have had a few in my life time in Ontario but this Dr has been the best ever. Amazing bedside manners so down to earth and was very quick to get me in for a procedure that was so desperately needed. His assistant was very polite and an amazing a well. He is such a wonderful human being. So delighted by everything He has done for me and for going over and beyond for me.

Dont know who this Henry J guy saw, but he seems to have woke up on the wrong side of the bed that day. I appreciated the time Dr. McLellan spent with me explaining my condition. He called me the next day to see how I was, as I was obviously rattled during our talk. Class act.

Punctual. Friendly. Compassionate . Spent 40 mins with me and I never felt rushed. Follow up was prompt after test results. Staff was helpful and efficient.
