Been waiting 2 hours with my mother in the parking lot for a stress test. It was scheduled for 2:15 and it's now 4:15. We've waited 2 hours. Their phone goes straight to voicemail and no one will answer the door. Just what you would expect from an old doctor that feels he can do whatever he wants. I think it's time for him to retire.

He's nearly impossible to talk to, he doesn't elaborate, and he's kind of rude. However, he seems pretty smart, and his primary goal isn't to appease you. And those are traits that I don't often see.
