Gordy took a great interest by delivering the goods from the store to the installation guys. The quality of service, unsurpassed due to his prudence and care in doing it right the first time. Brian and Gord are two of the most accommodating and helpful people I have encountered. We have purchased 3 beds from the store and wont buy anywhere else in the future. I would recommend the store to anyone.

The owner was great in helping my wife and I determine the mattress that was right for us. We will definitely buy our next mattress from Simmons.

Just got off the phone with the owner of this company to discuss a mattress warranty claim 6 months after the claim was submitted. I submitted a warranty claim on September of 2022 and didn't receive a response until December 30, 2022 to say that we would be receiving a new mattress in 2-3 weeks (but would have to pay $70 for delivery). Today I was called by the owner and he informed me that they had a mattress delivered for their "personal inventory" but they were still waiting on my replacement mattress to be delivered. He then attempted to bribe me into delivering this mattress only if a negative review made by my husband was removed. I refused to remove an honest review of our experience with this business. The owner will now refuse to cooperate with our warranty claim and directed us to go through Simmons to get our mattress replaced. Please direct your business elsewhere. This company is shady and doesn't deserve to be in business.
