        I regularly trail run in the woodlot either solo or with groups. A real gem. There's parking and access for this at the end of that road between Costco and Home Depot.

        Perfect hike in wood right in the city. I had hiked their so many times. Within few minutes, you forget that you are in a big city. Many trails to hike as suitable to you.
