        Should be 5 stars but my preferences in the IHG app were ignored and i had to take my Handicapped 100lb dog with bad legs on an elevator to the thrid floor as well as my mobility reduced wife. My preference is 1st floor clearly stated. Also i called a month prior to reitierate the preference and was ensured a 1st floor room. Hotel was full when we arrived and my preference from a 3 month old reservation was NOT honoured. Desk staff were pleasant but someone dropped the ball huge!
