Buyer Beware Went into Cricket Cove in Fredericton to buy a 2.25mm circular sock needle. After looking at a few given to me by the sales person I bought one for $20.00, which I assumed was a 2.25 mm as that was what I had ask for. When I got home I looked at the package and it was a 2.5 mm I immediately called the store to ask about exchanging it and was told that needles can not be exchanged. I can not understand why as I had not even opened the package and the sales slip was not stamped no exchange. So beware when buying needles from Cricket Cove.

Definitely a huge selection of local (by local I mean within Canada, but still a fair amount of NB stuff). A lot of unique and really beautiful colors. Prices are pretty high (saw one small bundle of fine wool yard that was $37 before taxes). Sadly the sale associate seemed inconvenienced by my presence or something. I am new to knitting and asked some questions and she seemed kind of annoyed. I don't know but it was a really weird vibe. Didn't feel very welcome.
