FedEx OnSite

Horrible service. These guys managed to get a whole Car Radiator delivered on time, then somehow sent it back to Dieppe for a week before it finally made it out. So I was stranded without a vehicle and out of work for almost 2 weeks, thanks to people not knowing what they're doing. Use UPS. Or even Canada Post, they're somehow even better.

TERRIBLE SERVICE IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE FREDERICTON I was told to stay at home all day until 5 PM Waiting for this package. By quarter after four I noticed that the package still said it was in Fredericton and hadnt moved so I called FedEx only to find out it has been transferred to another carrier and no one called to tell me that it would be another day for the package to arrive. Im sorry but waiting around my house two days all day long for a package when they couldve easily called and told me what was happening is inexcusable and a complete rip off. This would not have happened if the package has been shipped through Canada Post which I wish it had been. This was the shippers choice to use FedEx if it hadnt been mine I would not have ever used this service
