        The rep gave me incorrect information regarding an international shipment, so when I found the correcting on my own, I went back again to ship the package and a different rep was very useless in providing information regarding the customs declaration needed, so yet again I couldn't ship the package because I needed to find the info on my own. As someone with a broken ankle, going in twice was very strenuous and the reps were not knowledgeable regarding Fed Ex info. I'm very frustrated with their service.

        Its a leading courier service in the world i guess...Can someone explain the encircled time window of delivery.10:10am- 2:40 am. If i am wrong i will update my review.

        They don't respect customers, if they ask for the address, and you have a mistake, their voices get too loud, and they just want you to go, I don't recommend
