Our experience with Sean was incredibly pleasant and stress-free. We had been shopping for a mattress for a while and were keen on having a firm Canada made mattress. Worldwide's prices are unbeatable and the quality seems fantastic. There was no pressure to purchase and we truly felt Sean took his time to help us select the best mattress for our needs. When it came to delivery, I've never experienced such great customer service! It was delivered within a matter of days and Sean personally ensured the mattress was delivered on time and even helped us maneuver it into the house. Because we ordered a large firm mattress it was more difficult than expected to get it into our bedroom (as newbie mattress buyers over here, we thought we could move the mattress ourselves and sent the delivery man away after it was dropped off). Sean spent extra time and effort, outside his working hours, to ensure it was able to fit into the bedroom. Talk about customer service! Needless to say, if we ever need another mattress, this is where we will be heading first!

Easy stop. Told him what we wanted he showed us what he had. Really nice guy. Great prices. Why would we go somewhere else and pay 50% markup? Great experience.
