        I tried buying a home for my daughter. They wanted 6 months lot rent upfront plus a co-signer. Plus they wanted us to put new siding on right away. Because my daughters credit isn't the greatest. We agreed to everything except we asked for an extension on the siding. .We were told that we either agree with everything or the deal is off and she can't move in. They said they've wasted enough time on her application and they are not going to waste any more time on her. Very unprofessional. ..
