Trites Orthodontics

Unorganized staff. They schedule you an appointment, and you get SMS and email confirmation, lost a day at work to arrive there, and get notified that the appointment got canceled because one of the items for the procedure didn't arrived. What makes this situation even worse is the receptionist not apologizing about what happened. This is not a free service where you have to accept what you get. I'm really disappointed with them. For a costly service like that, I was expecting better treatment from their staff.

Complete waste of money. After paying over $6500 for my daughter, her teeth came back to where we started crocket, I asked them several times to give her metal retainer but dr. Trites said she doesnt need it. I got advice from few more dr. They all sold she shouldve got metal retainer to prevent teeth movement. I have to pay another $3500 to other dr. To fix her teeth again. So unhappy with the work

This place is ok except for the fact that at the start Mr.Trites is nice but after a while he is quite rough with your mouth and is a little harsh. My brother is going to go to Hatheway and they seem much better and people I know say he is great.

I went to have my braces taken OFF, I had them put on in another country, and they wanted to charge me $1,800 plus retainers. I went to another Ortho in town and they took care of everything, including retainers, for $300. What a rip-off this place is.
