I placed an order for 3 items. All personalized the exact same way. I even emailed the company ahead of time to ensure they could do this and they assured me they could. The order was mailed to me without the personalization. I had to ask how to return the items twice before they answered me. Finally, they said they do not return embroidered items. However, they arent personalized, they are generic the way it shows on their website. They did offer me free shipping if I want to repurchase the personalized items. Which by the way was a whopping $4.00. At this risk of being shipped the wrong product for a second time, I think Ill take my $100.00 order to a company who stands behind their product.

Second update: Updated after going into the store. Very friendly staff. Would love to give a 5 star review but the restricted hours means I can only visit the store on my vacation days lol. First update: Updated to 3 stars because of fast response time and acknowledging my message. Hope to see the change soon so I can visit the store. Haven't been to the store yet but that's the reason I'm giving it two stars: the hours the store is open. They need to either have a day they are open on the weekend or have one day during the week where they are open later. Most jobs work the exact hours they're open and mine is no different.
