My experience last evening from Dulux...was absolutely horrible I walked in the store I wasn't even in basically in I was asked if I needed help I asked for paint I could do my cupboards with she approached me with melamine I said no I do not want t melamine after that she got rude and basically pounced on me with everything I said I have been using regular acrylic paint on cupboards for years and have never had a problem she was very rude to me and then when I picked out the kind of paint I wanted she came back and told me they didn't have it 3 days into a.month long sale so I was pretty much forced into buying the more expensive because I had a job to get done and so much time to do it with I asked the supervisor if I could have the more expensive at the lower price no that wasn't going to happen so when I was rung up she even over charged me for an extra gallon...I do not recommend going there sad I have ben going to this store for years but I will not be back...I left that store and felt like I did something wrong and why would she treat me like that I just went in for paint on a sale of buy one get one free...she was awful
