UPDATED: I was charged "cat rent" for two years while renting from this company. Cat Rent is actually illegal in New Brunswick and the owners knowingly charged it. The fee does not cover any damage your cat makes. It's just an extra charge per cat. After almost a year of mitigated dispute through Service Canada the company's manager finally agreed to a settlement of paying back only a portion of what was illegally charged.

Just because I looked at several of their apartments and then called to look at another I was told by the fellow that rents some of their apartments that I was red flagged and that he would not rent to me. I was shocked! How unprofessional is that!?

Honestly the best landlords in the city. If any kind of maintenance is required, they will come and fix it straight away!
