I had the absolute pleasure of having Shona as my realtor. As a first time home buyer, she was so helpful in answering all my questions, arranging showings (literally would text her a house and within 5 minutes, she had the appointment confirmed with me) and was always available to talk. She also knew I was looking outside the Fredericton area and traveled many, many miles to show me houses. I would highly recommend Shona. She is kind, professional, intelligent, funny and very easy to talk to. Shona has so many enduring qualities I couldn't list them all. I will always recommend her and will definitely seek her expertise in the future on my next sale/purchase.

I have worked with a few realtors up to this point and Shona has been one of the most professional and energetic that I have engaged with. Her breadth of knowledge, ability to work around our schedules and overall patience is unparamount. She would respond to messages at all hours, even when she has a million other things to do. I am taken back by her ability to manage it all and laugh at any challenge that comes her way. All that to say, we are very happy that we Saw with Shona!

What a joy to work with Shona! She guided us through everything, and she was insightful, especially in this market! I was always told that buying my first house would be one of the most confusing, stressful times of my life. After putting together my down-payment and getting pre-approved I needed to find a realtor. I considered a few local realtors until I heard that Shona was starting off in this new career and I reached out. Looking back, I'm so glad I did! Working with Shona made buying my first house into an incredibly fun and memorable experience. She worked diligently to find properties to view, find answers to my many many questions and to understand the unique market in my area. Every day spent viewing houses was a day having lots of laughs and learning new things about buying real estate. I've been in my home now for over a month and I couldn't be happier! Shona found the perfect home for me, set me up with inspectors and lawyers, and walked me through the whole process many times. If you're a first time home-buyer, working with Shona is the best decision you could make!
