This was by far the worst customer service experience Ive ever had. I ordered food twice from this restaurant, the first time they forgot a part of our pickup order. They barely owned up to it, ask me to prove it by showing my receipt. Had to drive back there.. food was cold and soggy by the time we ate it. My second experience was for a delivery through skip the dishes. The estimated delivery time was 1 hour. We waited the whole hour with no updates on our delivery status. I called the restaurant, they told me the food as been ready for awhile but hadnt communicated with skip the dishes yet. After 1.5 hours of wait, I drove to the restaurant to try and settle this. I saw my food was sitting in an open cooler bag, not even under heat lamps. The restaurant took no ownership of this poor experience and refused to prepare a fresh order. Our food was cold and old at this point. The whole experience took 2 hours and I walked away empty handed. They clearly do not care about the customer experience, said it was skip the dishes fault. Never going there again.
