I bought a new CF400 from them 6 months later I'm still waiting for the license plates for it. it seems their only concern is selling you a product, and getting your money. Once they have done that you really don't matter.

They have most RV parts you're looking for at as good or better pricing then online. Parts guy really knows his products. It's the only place I will go for my RV and CF MOTO parts

Their service department is horrible. We bought brand new CFMOTO ATVs from another dealership because theses guys were of no help when we wanted them. There were things when we got the machines that weren't done properly when manufactured so we had to have Patterson's service it. They didn't do half of what they said. Now my machine has an engine issue that should be under warranty and need them to pick it up and I just keep getting told they are on the way. I live 30 min away and it's taken them over 2 hours and they still haven't arrived. They couldnt careless about there customers and making sure they are happy and satisfied with service. If you can go somewhere else I recommend that.

Well, enough is enough. I purchased a new boat from Patterson late summer 2021. It was in the water for a month prior to storing inside for the winter. Back into the water spring 2022 and the front seat brace failed. Removed the brace and found out whoever installed it had mistakenly drilled more than one hole per bolt. This resulted in failure of the brace. The service department would not return any calls or emails after I presented them with the damaged part and pictures they requested. The only communication was when I went to the shop personally, which I did every few weeks for the summer. I was finally told the replacement part was being shipped in 2 weeks. 6 weeks later no part arrived and I was informed warranty would not cover. It was a $40 part. On a boat with 3 year bow to stern warranty. I just wanted it fixed. I attempted to contact Patterson again in November 2022 and was assured someone was looking into this issue. Another 4 months with no communication. I would not recommend this place. After they get your money, they are done with you.
