Ive gone to this chain for years. Stopped by this location today and was treated as if we were annoying the staff. 3 staff fought over the cash while customers were not tended to on the floor The staff, especially the one with the ohanna tattoo was quite rude to me and my 11 year old son. Wouldnt measure his feet to determine his size or help us to figure it out. Then said we couldnt have the shoes out. In other wordscan you please leave so I can get back to the cash or packing as I have no interest in your kids needs. This will be the last time I ever enter a soft moc store. Remember its the customers who keep the pay cheques coming. One day that may be at risk if they continue to treat people this way.

The manager was having a personal conversation with a friend. Not a paying customer. I approached her, politely waiting for her to acknowledge me. She did, I said, 'hello, can I have...' Oh, she continues talking. Once the friend excused himself, she looked at me and said, 'Hi. Sorry.... I haven't seen him in years.' Costumer service, out the window.

I was going to write a review of how rude the manager of this place is but after reading the reviews from the last year alone its obvious nothing is being done correct it. Ill remember this before I ever go back.

Amanda is a giant bully and aggressively verbally attacks customers and Tara does nothing to help. Highly recommend going somewhere else for your shoes :)
