I recently had a baby, and was nervous about getting new clothing. The staff were incredibly kind, patient and helpful, even when my baby got fussy and was taking longer to try things and I had a bunch of gift cards when I paid. The staff were great, the clothes are beautiful. Wonderful experience, I recommend it!

I love Lulu clothing because of the quality and you can honestly wear the clothes with any outfit. But the staff at this location were not welcoming to me and didnt even bother to ask me for help. I had taken some items to the fitting rooms and the attendant took down my name and put it on the door but she never came to check on me unlike all of the other customers very unwelcoming atmosphere

Stopped by there today and had the most helpful service ever. Should have got her name to post. Very rare indeed to see people go the extra mile and Im so appreciative of all her help today! Thank you for making my day!

Love their products but when you use them and the fabric rips (for example, using it on a spin bike and ripping it from the use on the seat) they wont take it back or fix it. Should have better warranty for the amount you pay for it.
