Closes early most of the time, overpriced compared to other vape shops. Open and closes really early. Switched to Vape city which coast less and are open later. Handwritten note saying closing early again. Can barely understand whats written. Unprofessional.

I phoned in last night asking for a certain product, Caliburn G2 Pods and which the gentleman on the phone said yes, they carry them. So, I went in and said hey, I just called about the Caliburn Pods and he handed me 2 packs which I paid $37 for. I didnt double check the product which was my fault, when I got home I noticed they were the wrong product and were not compatible with my device. I went in today to explain the situation and return the product or trade for the proper ones, which I was told they do not carry the product I had originally asked for (the G2 pods) and all sales are final and they wont take back even the unopened pack. I have now wasted nearly $40, and was unable to get any help from the man working today. I typically deal with vapecity up on Trinity Avenue which all the staff are fantastic, and would have quickly resolved the issue with either a trade or return. Would not recommend dealing with this shop
