ATTENTION! Scammers!! Ordered a pool that I never received , was given many excuses that made me wait from may 1st to august 22nd when I decided to read the reviews on them (wish I wouldve done that before purchasing) but thankfully disputed the cost through my visa and will be refunded by my visa Do not buy from them!!! My kids summer was ruined!!!!!! my precious summer, and kids precious birthday parties that we planned on doing at the pool!! This company needs to be shut down,

It's a scam. Don't waste your money. Check out their BBB complaints. They'll happily take your money but not give you the product or a refund

Best pool company ever. They were so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They absolutely saved my sanity, as I had almost given up trying to care for the pool. They got my pool twinkling and sparkling, by deep cleaning and adding all necessary chemicals for a really great rate. I can now be at ease knowing my pool is safe for my children to be swimming in. Thank you pool fairies New Review (next day): I was having difficulties figuring out getting my new sand pump filter running, so I called Twinkle & Sparkle, on a Sunday, and the owner, Jody, answered immediately. He offered to video chat to assist me, and to drive all the way to my house if I couldn't get it working! I'm glad we did video chat, as he immediately asked to look into the pool pump that came with the pool to see if the issue was there, and it was! The puck for keeping the pool water clear had lodged into the intake! I never would have thought to check that, as I was only looking for issues with the new sand pump. Thank you so much Jody for taking time out of your Sunday to assist me, and for answering my call immediately! I was expecting to leave a voice-mail and get a call back on Monday (or within 5 business days) as it is with all the other pool companies, and was so shocked when he answered on the 2nd ring! Twinke and Sparkle are the absolute best, and I would highly recommend them to anyone with a pool!
