I bought and paid for a battery over the phone on Friday. Delivery service couldnt pick up until almost closing time Sat. Counter person was not interested in finding a prepaid order so l am without wheels 40k outside Fredericton until at least Tues Not a nice position to be in at 75 years of age when you need to shop for necessities. If l was a vindictive person l'd hope he choked on his turkey dinner. A meal l certainly won't be enjoying. Nevermind the fact he wasted the delivery drivers time and fuel. A person who was working late to ensure l would not be stranded.

Every experience I've had at this location has been great. Over the past 10 years I've bought from this store and always have been treated like the top customer. In the recent few years I've dealt with Kasey at this location. Kasey and her fellow staff are incredibly friendly and willing to help find what I need. I ordered a compressor from this location a few years ago and had the owner offer to come in on a Saturday to load it on my truck when his staff capable of forklift operation were not working that day. I could have waited until Mondat but he insisted. I will shop here for life. Thank you.
