Dan recently helped us buy some property sight unseen, and we had a great experience. He was happy to provide us with tons of videos, even helping us arrange for a friend to visit the property before we bought. It's definitely a change switching to the island pace of life, but he got our deal done on time, and the places we got are a great quality. He was personable, and has a good sense of humour and light demeanor while working, which is pleasant during such a stressful process.
