        We have a 2023 elantra, just stopped to ask questions on inverter. The light will not stay green..and we have reset it. The yard is full of 5th wheels and rvs, but yet their answer to us was.." we have NO ONE here, that KNOWS ANYTHING about inverters..like Really!! Try Moncton they said..we have called Pine Acres, months ago to get appointment, we were told..not taking ANY appointments at this time, we are all booked.. we'll put you on a waiting list, and call when we are making appointments again..that was early June! It's the last day of August! ..I really don't think their into customer service.

        After shopping around for a new RV we felt defeated that no one seemed to want to serve us. That was NOT our experience with Marc from Hampton Pine Acres. When we arrived he was at the door ready to serve us, he invited us in and opened up trailers in our price range. Once we decided on the perfect one he made the process very easy. We have had our RV for 5 months and anytime I have a question or concern Marc answers my emails in a timely matter and is always eager to help with a smile on his face. We are so happy we chose Pine Acres.
