We recently purchased an Artic Spa Hot Tub from PoolBoy and have been very pleased with the service and support we have received from the PoolBoy team and especially Jordan. They are always on time for Service appointments and Jordan always goes the extra mile from cleaning the ice off the hot tub cover and making sure our water is perfectly balanced! An Update!! Well you never want to have a problem with a hot tub. But the effort to solve my issue was excellent. Ben was my service tech and he worked hard to solve it and educated me along the way. Couldnt ask for better service from this company. The reason I chose to deal with them over other local companies has proven to be the right decision. I could not have had a better experience dealing with this company. The experience from the moment you walk into the showroom and see Faith, to the moment that Jordan and his team are handing over the end product after an extensive educational experience is unbelievable. It is very evident that they truly care about the clients experience and enjoyment of the products they sell. Dont hesitate to visit them. Thanks!!!
