My cousin and I stayed here on our trip to the East Coast. Its the perfect location to make your base for your adventures in Hopewell Rocks and Fundy National Park. The home is steeped in history and sits on over 278 acres. Accommodations are rustic, it is after all over 200 years old!! Elaine and Stephen are super hospitable. Her breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Her muffins are made from scratch. She freshly bakes her bread. Her jams are homemade, the blueberries for the jam are from her wild blueberry patch across the road. You gotta have her Orange Marmalade with Rhubarb, its an old family recipe!! They even tap their own maple trees for their own maple syrup. They literally are living my food dream!! Oh yeah! She also makes pies which we did not have as we were stuffed and had no way to transport it. But based on how popular they are, Im sure you wont be disappointed. Peck Colonial B&B is definitely worth a stop if you are in the area. Elaine has lots of fascinating stories to share with you about the history of the land.
