Duct & Mist Cleaning Services

Darren simply moved the dust from the ducts to the entire house. I asked if this was normal. He said no but the ducts had never been cleaned before... I am not sure why that made the mess it did but he was going to charge me 450$ for a house less than 700sq feet. I asked for a rebate because the house was full of dust. He said he would reduce by 50$. I thought that was not sufficient. I made the mistake of leaving my credit card on the table when I left the house durring the operation because I couldn't breath in the house, on account of all the duste. He paid himself without providing me an invoice. I had to chase him 3 days to get an invoice so I can file a complaint with BBB. He provides a horrible service and I had to cancel my credit card and order a new one.

We hired them on Dec 2021. They did a very poor job. They are counting the registers including the ones are not returning any air flows. And they didnt seem to managed to clean them. There are a bunch of them need to unscrew to do that. They didnt use screw driver at all. Also I have a few of them with glue on it and they didnt clean them for sure. After they left, they left a lot of mess everywhere. We checked the work they completed, its apparently very dirty. Its only 5 mins after they left. I called them to call back to redo the work. They promised they would come back on phone and on Facebook. Its been 8 months. Apparently they didnt come to fix the mess at all. There is a video indicating if I wipe it by hand, its super dusty but I cant attach it on google review since its not a photo. For such poor work theyve done, it takes two hours and charged me nearly $800 without cleaning the mess they left. Please avoid this company to do any duct cleaning for your house. Its just waste of money.

I have my duct clean exatcly on the 29 September 2021 The service was good everything when that day really nice . 6 months after they did the service cleaning i decided to change the heat pump. For my biggest surprise my return duck was supper dirty and for something clean 6 months before that dont make any sens. Check the picture in the description. And I dont have any dog or any cat no pets I call the service with the picture as proof and they come but nothing because i have apparently only 2 weeks garantie on the job. I wasnt really impress. For something that supposed clean 6 months early and i dont have any pet no dog no cat and that dirty i am really concerne about the jobs thta was done. I took me sometime to posted this but i am not really happy about was i see and have as a return service
