This daycare is extremely horribly managed. The owner is extremely rude. She can not answer questions when asked. Talking about other staff members and also having there staff talk about kids outside of work is a breech of confidentially. I would stay clear of this place. Its sad as its the only daycare in the area and with it being so poorly run it doesnt leave anything for options.

Part of finding a daycare for your children is ensuring the daycare can answer questions that you have as a parent, regardless of the topic. We were with this daycare for almost a year now for our daughter who very much enjoyed her friends and educators, and everything was fine until you ask questions, reasonably, about business policy. The owner was unable to answer our legitimate questions around policy effectively, which resulted in us having to contact the department of ECE & Public health due to the misinformation that was provided via the private daycare group. Unfortunately, the outcome was that Krista felt removing us from the daycare was the best option as we had "little faith" in the business. Without considering how this would affect our daughter's learning and relationships, and our productivity at work. Suffice to say, without protections and avenues for parents to ask legitimate questions it left us without daycare, and a new view on the type of people who run these operations.
