Terrible experience with them. Incompetent draftsman. They took our money and never finished the work.

Same, as Sam. Cant speak to their work just how they treated the community their business was in. They were really loud and continuously did break bylaws at their previous location, Jewett Street. At the time they were grandfathered in to do commercial work in an area solely for residential living. But they didnt follow all of the bylaws to ensure public safety and wellness from their business. Then after years of the community asking them to stop certain things, they left rather than stop some of the inconsiderate practices. But they still held onto their land. Now they rent out their land to even louder and more disruptive companies. It feels very much like a f you to the community they tortured for years. Did not leave with a good impression for many. Especially since the way they seem to view their rights to do what they want with their old land STILL harm the community, even now. Not sure if thats the disposition I would want from a company Id hire to do such an expensive job. Just ask person who used to live on Jewett with them- they seemed to not handle feedback or conflict very well.

This company has been very inconsiderate towards the sunset drive community throughout the last few years. They broke several bylaws for years. They operated loudly during long hours of the day. For years and years they sped cars in and out of their Jewett lot (and through the quiet residential streets of Jewett). They had sketchy late night deliveries (sometimes at 11pm-midnight, and loud beeping at 6:30am). They got warning after warning from the city to comply with bylaws and be respectful for the residential community they were in. They left the sunset area last summer and went to a new location but kept their old property. With rejoice and relief of the neighborhood, many we happy to go into a respectful summer. But then, it seems they decided to lease out their land to the city and other companies to do construction. All summer, after years of inconsiderate noise coming from this lot, it seems they are now renting out their old land for others to make noise in. The community has not appreciated their entitlement and inconsideration, or bending the rules based on technicality. All spring, summer, and fall (so far) other trucks have been coming in and out; heavy loud loaders that rumble several streets over have been heard and felt several times a day for months. Their old community on Jewett is zoned for residential use only; but this company likes to use that several years ago they were given a commercial lease as grounds to do what they want, when they want. Thanks for being a local company, thoughtful of local people... even after you have moved. We were hopeful for a few months.
