        Person was rude and talked over you. They don't bring parts with them so be prepared to pay for 2 service charges. One for diagnosis and another service call to come back and fix it when they have parts. I paid a service fee then he said he couldn't get part and couldn't help. I ordered my part online and husband fix it.

        A1 appliance guy came out and took a look at my washing machine that decided to suddenly stop working (was getting stuck on cycles and not draining). After he was done we ran two full loads through and everything is working great again! Thank you so much for the professional and speedy service today. Highly recommend this company and if I have any more appliance issues (hopefully I won't!!), I will definitely be looking to A1 first.
