Mario personally sold me my spa in Saint John years ago. Still works great with the support and maintenance from great folks like Brad Drost, the service manager. Brad is fast and friendly. Even though they are outside of Fredericton, they always respond quickly when there is a need .. I am in Quispamsis. Mario and his team make sure the hot tub is running all the times Mine looks like the day I bought it at his pop up sale in Saint John one summer. Thanks team Mario! Zig

I purchased a new hot tub through Marios, and it had multiple issues from the factory (no fault of Marios). The customer support and service I received was AMAZING, and I felt like the staff bent over backwards to make things right. The owner called and assured me that they would resolve all issues to my satisfaction, or they would buy the tub back. They were true to their word, and I was left with the feeling that there are VERY few businesses around that offer this level of customer service. LOVE my hot tub, and I feel like I have an ally in maintaining my hot tub. I would give them 12 stars if I could.
