Worst customer service of the year. Forced to change propane provider when Superior attempted to triple the rental charge because we were not using enough propane. It has been three months since we requested they remove their full tank, first time they arrived without the means to remove a full tank even though they were told the tank was full. We have called weekly and finally on Dec 23 they come back without the proper means to remove the tank and leave us a nasty note that there is snow and the tank is frozen to the ground. No kidding, perhaps the nice fall was not long enough for you to come and pick up the tank. Pitiful service!
