        Always a popular place but COVID has restricted a lot of our programs but hopefully that will change soon. At least our patrons can still come into the library although numbers are redtricted. You can still take out books, use the computer, get printing done and right now oyr summer reading program is going on, with an amazing and inventive leader, Zack Garnett at the helm. The library has held several patron appreciation draws (no cost, just names entered and date set for the draw). We have given away a beautiful scenery etched lantern at Christmas, McAdam dollars and a Valentine themec face mask in February and most recently an incredible book about the illustrator and author of "The Hockey Sweater". We did do our annual Mother's Day draw for a piece of jewellery which we did sell tickets for (due to the cost ... several hundred dollars). We did go ahead with our poetry contest and are planning a writers contest for the fall.
