Henderson John Dr

I believe sherry should not be working at the doctor's office she is very rude on the phone and in person I can remember sitting in his office and instead of answering the calls she put them on hold while she was talking on the phone making plans for vacation that call lasted half hour not the easiest to get ahold of she is only a secretary not the doctor but sometimes she thinks she is dr Henderson needs to find a new secretary someone who has compassion and respect

Over the years we have had horrible service from his secretary, she barely answers and when she does shes rude beyond belief. Today my husband called and couldnt get a answer, when she finally picked up she stated if they were abnormal we would have called you and hung up on him. This is disgusting that she gets away with this and keeps her job !
