        Owner & Installer supposed to provided the 10 year Warranty on Parts and Labour and Material. In reality provided Parts and Labour for 8 of the 10 years. Reneged on final 2 Years Warranty. Whenever Service was required for repairs ...waited for as long as 4- 5 Months during coldest winter months. Advised on several occasions was attempting to sell business.......wonder why could not sell? Service: Ductless heating & A/C services
