The hours on Google are incorrect and have been for all of Covidit says the bank closes at 8 pm, but it was closes when I got there at 5:30 Please update your hours

one of the best banks I have dealt with, very kind and value your patronage. wait times can be long. overall very good customer service in branch and on the telephone.

The only nice thing I can say about these clowns is that they're friendly while they're not actually doing what they're supposed to be doing (or even what they say they're doing). I have a small business account here; it's taken two visits and three phone calls to update the mailing address, two visits and five phone calls to set up online banking (which still doesn't work because apparently they "forgot" to activate something), and three visits to add a second person to the account. When I call the call centre, they blame the branch staff; the branch staff always say they did what they were supposed to and blame the call centre for changing something on my account. Will be moving my account to another bank as soon as I can get that set up.
