Always gave a 11/10 rating for service until today. Vehicle: 2020 new style Ram sport WITH extended warranty. Manifolds were fixed under warranty a few months prior. Exhaust started making noise again. Inspected in my shop to find two bolts further down the line on the exhaust had snapped where the flanges connect. Took a picture, dropped in and talked to service, showed pic and made an appointment. Was told covered under warranty. Dropped truck off at appointment today and showed the pic of the problem. Got a call later they wouldn't cover it under warranty. Reminded them of my extended warranty plan I paid good money for and was told it won't cover it. I asked them to go back and talk with higher ups and reconsider. (I'm also due to trade again soon.) I said if they really couldn't take the small amount of time needed to replace two bolts to put it outside and I'd find a place that will. Got there later and found out they did indeed set it out without fixing it and CHARGED me for diagnosing the problem. Keep in mind it was on the hoist getting the tires changed anyways. I diagnosed the problem and showed them twice. It's not the $, it's the point. Service like this is what makes people shop elsewhere. I brought it home and fixed it myself in an hour and 15 mins. Oh, icing on the cake is the job changing and balancing the tires isn't any good either. Big shake at highway speed. Guess I'll fix that myself too.
