I can never get in touch with her office. During her business hours? The call goes directly to voice-mail until the office is closed. She doesn't seem to check patient files before an appointment and recommends past specialists that was already seen. She doesn't want to refer patients to an ear nose throat specialist with chronic sinusitis with heavi ess in the ears. I was involved in a very bad car accident back in 2017 and all she prescribed was physio. It didn't help. 5 years later my lawyer said that her note taking was bad and that could affect the outcome of my chronic pain from the accident.

Answer the phone? Ive been trying to call 17x a day for over a month now this is so crazy.
